I truly believe that Ceylon cinnamon has kept my blood sugar balanced. I was ‘borderline’ diabetic. I refused the perscription my doctor wanted to prescribe for me. I said I would control it. My blood sugar has been normal for the past 3 years & I am confident that it’s the Ceylon cinnamon. I take 2 a day. On special occasions & holidays when I am eating a lot of sweets, I will take more. I think the Ceylon is better than other cinnamons.

Have lost 40 pounds … blood pressure is good.. diabetes controlled .. take a teaspoon a day in my coffee .. yes I take other meds . Using for about 2 years

Had cholesterol of over 300 and took 5 ceylon cinnamon caps 3 times a day. Took about a month and a half and my cholesterol was down to 205. They say it doesn’t work – and perhaps it’s individual. However, worked for me.
